Apex Style buildings

Apex 1 

Apex shed with door in the middle and small window either side.
This model has an apex roof and can be made any size, the doors and windows can be positioned to suit your garden. This shed is   9' x 7'

Apex 2 

Apex shed with door in the middle of the apex and 4'x2' window on the side.
The shed is 6'  the front (apex) and 8'  deep with the windows placed on the side panel.

Apex 3

9'x7' Apex Shed with door to the left and 4'x2' windows on the right.

With its off-set door this model is ideal for those wanting to put a bench under the window. Door can be off set to the left or right to suit your garden. Pictured is a 9'x7'.

 Apex Shed with Double Doors

8' x 6' Shed with double doors on the front .
Made with double doors for easy access, customer opted for no windows for extra security.  Painted Red Cedar.

6' x 8' Single window

Security Window

Double door in the middle of the Apex at the front and security windows on the side.

If you don't require full sized windows and just need it to let some natural light in. These may suit you.

Large Reverse Apex with Division

This large sized reverse apex has been split with an internal division. These buildings can also come with Box Profile Sheets on the roof.

A few months later the customer for this shed got back in touch as they needed more room for their business to expand.

14' x 8' Reverse Apex Part 2

The extension of the Bronllys shed for a Resin table business.

This went from a 14' x 8' building to a 28' x 8' building. The fronts mirrored so there was a double door either end and two sets of 4'x'2 windows.

Pent Styles Buildings

 Pent 1 

Pent Shed with door on the small side and window on the longer side. Sloping from the window panel to the other side.

This model has a pent (sloping) roof and can be made to any size. Doors and windows can be placed to suit your garden. Pictured 8' x 6' with door on righthand side panel

Pent 2 

6'x4' pent shed with door to the left and window on the right.
This pent model has both the door and window on the front of the shed. This building is 6' x 4'.  Sheds at 8' and wider would have 2 windows, placed either each side of the door or together

Pent 3

8' x 6' Pent shed sloping front to back with double windows on the left and door on the right

Door and double window in the same panel available on fronts 8' and above.  Single window on smaller fronts. This size is an 8' x 6'.

Large Pent Shed with Double Doors

Made with double doors for easy access and a double window on the front for plenty of natural light.

6' x 4' Pent Shed

6' x 4' Pent shed with door on 6' side then a window on the 4' side.

The door on the 6' side with the highest point on this end and the roof sloping back towards the other 6' panel. Window on the 4' side.

7' x 5' Pent style shed with stable door and an opening window. To be used as a potting shed would you believe.

This 7' x 5' pent building has a stable door with an opening window. These are both additional options when placing your order.

7' x 40" Pent Shed

A bespoke 7' x 40

This one was built to enable it to go through the house as there was no rear access. Once put together, you cannot tell.

8' x 3' Low front storage Shed

8' x 3' Low front storage shed. This was used for a vets to store the freezer in.

This style is perfect if you want to make the most of the room internally but don't need to step into it. This will be storing a chest freezer so the double doors are a perfect addition for access.

5' x 4' Pent Shed 

5' x 4' Shed with door on the 5' side and the roof sloping back. No windows

No windows, just a single door on the 5' side.

Security Windows

Pent shed with door on the short end and security windows on the right hand side which is suited if you don't need that much light.

If you don't need the light in your building or worried about security. We can install these smaller windows high up in the shed sides. If you would like these mentioned security windows when you place the order

 4' x 6' Pent

4' x 6' Pent shed with the double windows on the long side and the door on the short side.

Another version built. Remember to make sure you have the door in the correct place on the order (on the left on this photo). Once these are signed off we will begin building.

All heights are approximate.

APEX:
The internal and external heights on an apex building will vary depending on the size of the building, the heights below are based on an average 6' x 4' (1829mm x 1219mm), 7' x 5'(2133mm x 1524mm) shed.

Internal:
  • Eves: 5'10" (1778mm)
  • Centre: 6'9" (2056mm)
External:
  • Eves: 6'4" (1930mm)
  • Centre: 7'3" (2210mm)
PENT:
On most pent sheds the fall on the roof is roughly 6", again this can vary.

Internal:
  • Highest Point: 6'6" (1981mm) 
  • Lowest Point: 6'0" (1829mm)
External:
  • Highest Point: 7'0" (2133mm) 
  • Lowest Point: 6'6" (1981mm)
